Child Adoption

At The Zambia I Want, we believe every child deserves the love, care, and stability of a permanent home. Our child adoption services are designed to connect orphaned and vulnerable children with compassionate families ready to offer a nurturing environment. We work closely with local orphanages, social workers, and government agencies to identify children in need of adoption, ensuring that each case is handled with sensitivity, transparency, and in the best interest of the child. Our team provides guidance throughout the entire adoption process—from application to placement—helping prospective parents understand their responsibilities while preparing them to meet the emotional and developmental needs of their future child.

Beyond legal facilitation, we offer ongoing support to both adoptive families and adopted children. This includes counseling, parenting workshops, and post-adoption follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition and lasting integration into the new family. We also raise awareness about domestic adoption within Zambia, challenging stigmas and encouraging more Zambians to open their hearts and homes. Through this program, The Zambia I Want aims to give children not only a place to live but a family to belong to—because we believe that no child should grow up without love, protection, and the chance to thrive.
